DARWIN, Feb 22 AAP - Imagine a backyard stocked with every delicacy you could imagine.
No shops, no queuing, no checkout chicks. Just aisles of tall trees packed with bush
berries and witchetty grubs.
Across Northern Australia - from Arnhem Land to the Red Centre - the larder is always
full for Aboriginal Australians.
Learning from locals, celebrity chef Steve Sunk has foraged through this outdoor pantry,
applying western styles of cooking to the most unlikely of ingredients.
